Wij zoeken een Allround Logistiek Medewerker die ons logistieke proces beheert en optimaliseert. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe logistieke processen, coördineert de dagelijkse operatie en zorgt dat onze voorraad- en magazijnprocessen soepel verlopen.

DE FUNCTIE
Als Allround Logistiek Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van logistieke en magazijnprocessen, kwaliteitscontrole en voorraadbeheer. Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager en speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van efficiënte logistieke operaties.
JOUW TAKEN:
- Orders verzendklaar maken en controleren.
- Kwaliteitscontrole van inkomende goederen en orders.
- Beheer en verplaatsing van goederen in het magazijn.
- Voorraadbeheer en administratieve ondersteuning (zoals het opstellen van douanedocumenten).
- Ondersteunen van het wagenparkbeheer.
- Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en transporteurs.
- Beheren van facilitaire bestellingen.
WAT WIJ ZOEKEN:
- Opleiding: Minimaal een (V)MBO-diploma in logistiek, magazijnbeheer of transport.
- Werkervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een logistieke werkomgeving. Affiniteit met de autobranche is een pré.
- Vaardigheden: Teamspeler, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd, gedreven en beheersing van de Engelse taal.
- Competenties: Systematisch werken, procedures volgen, organisatorisch inzicht.
- Digitale kennis: Ervaring met digitale processen zoals WMS-systemen.
SUCCES CRITERIA:
- Efficiënte en georganiseerde magazijnprocessen.
- Nauwkeurigheid in voorraadbeheer en administratie.
- Uitstekende samenwerking met transporteurs en leveranciers.

THE ROLE:
As an Allround Logistics Employee, you are responsible for managing logistics and warehouse processes, quality control, and stock management. You will report to the Operations Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring efficient logistics operations.
YOUR TASKS :
- Preparing and checking orders for shipment.
- Quality control of incoming goods and orders.
- Managing and moving goods within the warehouse.
- Inventory management and administrative support (such as preparing customs documents).
- Supporting inventory audits.
- Maintaining contact with suppliers and carriers.
- Managing facility orders.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Education: Minimum a (Dutch) VMBO diploma in logistics, warehouse management, or transport.
- Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in a logistics environment, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Skills: Team player, hands-on mentality, structured and driven.
- Competencies: Systematic working, following procedures, organizational insight.
- Digital skills: Experience with digital processes such as WMS systems.
